STRUCTURE

The building structure is seismic-resistant, made of reinforced concrete, and designed in accordance with the current national and European regulations. The structure of the stairwells and elevator shafts is also made of reinforced concrete, providing the building with a central core of greater rigidity.

The building's facade consists of a double wall with an air cavity and thermal insulation on the inside, providing excellent thermal performance.

The facade finishes are white, combined with ceramic cladding in red clay tiles.

The separation between apartments is made with a double wall of ceramic bricks, insulated with rock wool.

The interior walls, between the different spaces of each apartment, are made of ceramic bricks.

These solutions improve acoustic comfort inside apartments.

In the areas of the entrance hall, living room, kitchenette, bedrooms, corridors and social sanitary installation, the flooring is highly durable vinyl, water resistant, anti-allergenic, thermal and acoustic comfort and environmentally friendly, with colored MDF skirting board white.

In the kitchen and sanitary facilities, rectified ceramic flooring from the Revigrés brand or similar is applied.

The balconies are covered with ceramic flooring, from the Revigrés brand or similar.

The external frame is made of thermo-lacquered aluminum with thermal break in white.
The glazing is double, with an air gap, giving the apartments excellent thermal and acoustic comfort.

The walls of the entrance hall, living room and bedrooms are plastered and painted with white plastic paint.

In the guest bathroom there are smooth finishes painted in white plastic paint, combined with rectified ceramics from the Revigrés brand or similar.

In other sanitary installations, the coating is rectified ceramic from the Revigrés brand or similar.

In the kitchens, the walls have smooth finishes painted with white plastic paint. The space between the furniture is finished in compact quartz, identical to that used on the countertop.

The ceilings of the corridors are made of acoustically insulated plasterboard, painted with smooth white plastic paint.

The ceilings of the kitchens and sanitary facilities, as they are wet areas, are made of water-repellent plasterboard with insulation, painted in smooth white plastic paint.

The living room and bedrooms are plastered and finished with smooth white plastic paint.

The apartment's entrance door is security, white on both sides, with a stainless steel handle.

The internal doors are smooth, with a white finish and stainless steel hardware.

The wardrobes are built-in, modular, with opening doors, in white and stainless steel hardware. Its interior is covered in melamine. They have clothes rails and storage drawers in the rooms.

The kitchen is equipped with large capacity lower and upper units, in white thermolaminate and compact quartz countertop, TEKA stainless steel sink bowl or equivalent and Roca model L20 mixer tap.

The appliance equipment is from the BOSCH brand and includes: - Hood - Induction cooker - Multifunctional oven - Microwave - Refrigerator freezer, with integrated freezer - Dishwasher - Washer and Dryer.

The bathrooms have suspended sinks, made of Roca model Ona furniture or similar. The toilet and bidet are made of white porcelain, made from Roca, model Ona or similar.

The shower trays are made of white Roca resin, model Stonex/Terran or similar. All taps are single-lever with chrome finish, Roca mod L20 or similar.

All bathrooms are equipped with a mirror and fixed partition made of 8mm tempered glass.

The air conditioning system is of the central type with the application of radiator elements on the walls and towel dryers in the w/c, carried out using a wall-mounted gas boiler.

The production of domestic hot water is done through solar panels, supported by a water heater, installed on the roof, with great energy efficiency.

In the apartments on the top floor, air conditioning will be made up of a Multi-Split system, consisting of an external unit and internal wall-mounted units.

All apartments have an A energy rating, which implies a significant reduction in the building's energy consumption with air conditioning and water heating.

This classification is achieved through the high level of insulation considered in facades, roof and common areas, the frame and glazing with technical characteristics with very high quality standards, high-performance heating/cooling system, individualized ventilation system and heating system of hot water supported by solar panels.

The electrical equipment is white in color, with high quality and a simple image.

The floor atriums and circulation areas have LED lighting, which is highly efficient and low maintenance.

All habitable rooms have TV, Internet and telephone sockets.

The elevators are electric, with high energy efficiency, with automatic doors, suitable for people with reduced mobility, with capacity for 630kg, 8 people and high speed (1.6 m/s);

Automatic garage door with remote control, vertical movement, filled with expanded polyurethane, internally reinforced, internally and externally lacquered in white.

The storage rooms have a metal mesh front with a door.

The building has a condominium room, access for people with reduced mobility and a bicycle storage area.

Large entrance halls, made up of a combination of materials and selection of details that give an image of sophistication and style when accessing the apartments.
