The origins of the company Simões, Silva & Filhos, Lda. date back to 1969, when the founding partner, António de Jesus Simões, started buying and selling properties and building houses in Lisbon.

Coming from the time when words were worth more than a signature, he bases his business on seriousness and trust, creating a friend for life in each client.

During the period following the April 25, 1974 Revolution, amidst the social, political, and financial uncertainty that gripped Portugal, a new market of opportunities emerged. Feeling the need to leave the capital, the decision was made to settle in Leiria.

In March 1988, as part of a business project focused on steady growth, Simões, Silva & Filhos, Lda. was established to expand its scope and attract a broader range of projects. The company began operating with a diversified portfolio in various markets across the country, including cities such as Porto, Figueira da Foz, Leiria, Marinha Grande, Nazaré, Alcobaça, Lisbon, Albufeira, Olhos de Água, and Quarteira.
